Even from your early elementary education years, you may have been a victim of deteriorating eyesight. Wearing glasses and contacts is absolutely no fun for anyone who has been through the hassles that often come with blurry vision. Eat Right
There are several vitamins and minerals that can contribute to better vision, but only when you take the time to improve on your eyesight. Fruit and vegetables are of course the most valuable foods to any diet, but specifically, blueberries, spinach and red onions have hefty doses of vitamins A, C, and E that are going to have a positive effect on your eyesight.
Finally, make sure that you're getting a enough sleep. Better vision won't come if you're up in the waking hours of the morning staring at a computer monitor.
