While there is no doubt that cancer is a contentious issue around the world, a recent research has claimed to have moved a step ahead in the same field. It has been claimed by Cancer Research UK that there are majorly two difficulties in cancer research, namely how to classify tumour cells, and how to identify anomalies in genetic code. It is believed that there is dire need to make significant progress in identifying the origin of cancer within safe time.
On the same lines, prototypes for mobile and web-based apps were developed which would be able to save millions of lives in the time to come from cancer. There were also steps taken to involve people to combat cancer, including campaign strategies, branding identities, designs, storyboards, video mash-ups, copy, pitch presentations etc.
It was told that on the last weekend, some 50 volunteers were seen taking part in Good For Nothing project which would be able to do a lot in terms of beating cancer. There is a need to take steps in the direction which would be able to make one and all aware about cancer so that a lot can be improved in the time to come.
